Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how H302 LLC ("H302," "we," "us," or "our") may collect, use, store, and protect information through this website, our automation systems, and applications or workflows that connect to Google services with user authorization.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and message when you submit a contact form or request information about H302 LLC services. We may also collect operational information related to automation workflows, such as timestamps, workflow status, form-submission metadata, integration logs, and records needed to deliver or troubleshoot requested services.
How We Use Information
H302 LLC uses information to respond to inquiries, schedule or support service discussions, operate workflow automations, provide requested integrations, maintain system reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve our services. We do not use user data to make claims of endorsement by any third-party service provider.
Google Account and Google API Data
Some H302-connected applications and automations may access Google user data only after an authorized user grants permission through Google's OAuth authorization process. The specific Google data accessed depends on the integration and the permissions approved by the user.
Where applicable, H302 systems may use Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar data to find, read, create, update, or organize documents, spreadsheets, calendar events, or workflow records needed for the automation or business process the user has authorized.
If an H302 application requests Gmail access, that access is used only for the specific email-related functionality the user authorizes, such as drafting, reading, sending, routing, or organizing messages for a requested workflow. Not every H302 service or automation uses Gmail.
H302 LLC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, where applicable.
OAuth Authorization
Google-connected workflows use OAuth so that users can authorize access without sharing Google passwords with H302 LLC. OAuth authorization may create access tokens or refresh tokens that allow an integration to operate within the scope approved by the user.
OAuth Tokens and Authorization Credentials
OAuth tokens and authorization credentials are used to operate authorized integrations. We do not intentionally publish, sell, or expose OAuth tokens. Tokens may be stored by the automation platform or service environment supporting the authorized integration and should be protected by access controls appropriate to the system.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers or integration platforms only as needed to operate the website, automation workflows, communications, scheduling, analytics, hosting, security, or other services requested by a user or customer. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or system integrity.
Service Providers
H302 LLC may use third-party tools and service providers for website hosting, forms, scheduling, workflow automation, notifications, email, storage, and Google API integrations. These providers process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.
Data Storage and Retention
Our automation environment stores workflow execution records in a local database. These can include processed Google account data. Information may also remain in the Google documents, spreadsheets, calendars or mailboxes used by an authorized integration. This is not a no-storage service.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to requests, operating authorized automations, maintaining records, resolving issues, complying with legal obligations, and improving service reliability. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, customer requirements, and operational needs.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards intended to protect information. However, no website, network, or online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should use care when granting access to accounts or submitting sensitive information.
User Choices
You may choose not to submit information through the website. For Google-connected applications, you may choose not to authorize requested permissions or may limit use of an integration by revoking access.
Revoking Google Account Access
You can revoke a Google-connected application's access through your Google Account permissions page. After revocation, the related H302 automation may stop functioning until access is reauthorized. Revocation does not automatically delete records already processed or retained for legitimate operational, legal, or security purposes.
Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of information associated with your inquiry or an H302-connected workflow, contact H302 LLC through the contact page on this website. We will review deletion requests and respond as appropriate, subject to legal, security, contractual, backup, and operational requirements.
Children's Privacy
H302 LLC services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the website or authorized integrations after a policy update means the updated policy applies going forward.
