Terms of Service

A separate signed customer agreement may govern an engagement.

Services

H302 LLC provides AI-assisted business automation, workflow design, integrations and support. Deliverables, fees, permissions and service commitments are specified in the customer agreement.

Acceptable Use

Use services only for lawful purposes with permission to access accounts and systems. Do not use them for unauthorized access, unlawful communications, infringement or circumventing security.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for lawfully supplied data, notices and consents, account permissions and review of automated outputs. Do not supply information you are not entitled to use. Review consequential decisions rather than relying solely on AI output.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights in supplied data and materials. Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables must be stated in the customer agreement. H302 LLC and third parties retain their respective rights in pre-existing software, templates and tools. No rights are transferred unless expressly agreed.

Third-Party Dependencies

Google and other providers' availability, permissions, limits and terms may affect operation. Customers remain responsible for their accounts and applicable third-party charges. H302 LLC does not claim endorsement by those providers.

Availability and Disclaimers

Unless agreed in writing, uninterrupted service, error-free operation and a particular business outcome are not guaranteed. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without implied warranties beyond those required by law or expressly agreed.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the customer agreement, H302 LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from service use. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No monetary liability cap or jurisdiction-specific provision is specified in these terms.

Suspension and Termination

H302 LLC may suspend an integration to address unauthorized use, security risks, legal requirements or material breach. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and resolution steps. Cancellation, payment, notice and transition arrangements follow the customer agreement. Ending a service does not itself delete retained records.
